The Harbour was a grain store that was converted a house at the turn of the last century and then in the 1950's to a hotel. Built into the cliff directly overlooking the harbour, every public room overlooks the sea, and every bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the sea. All our bedrooms have their own balconies which face South East and directly overlook the sea.
All bedrooms are en-suite, with showers, toilets, and basins. All have flat screen TV's, DVD players, free WiFi and direct dial telephones.

All our bedrooms have their own balconies which face South East and directly overlook the sea. All bedrooms are ensuite, with showers, toilets, and basins. Newquay has its own airport. There are a number of flights every day from throughout the country, including London Gatwick and Stanstead, the north east, and Dublin. The airport is about twenty minutes drive away. Europcar car rental is based at the airport. Buses and taxis are available from the airport.
This is the view from the terrace of the harbour. It overlooks Newquay Harbour and beyond, the spectacular sweep of Towan Beach, Great Western Beach, Tolcarne Beach and Lusty Glaze, with Porth Island jutting out into the Atlantic. Newquay Harbour is tidal and very much a working location for fishing and pleasure boats, it provides a safe location for bathing and enjoying the sights of fishermen going about their every day business.
The best part of visiting Cornwall in the Autumn and Winter is getting all cosy indoors and watching the exciting and wild weather outside. Storm watching is the perfect activity for everyone. We have a unique clifftop location that gives the best experience overlooking Newquay harbour. Hideout in one of our sumptous seaview rooms and make this haven your home from home.

Me and my wife had a sensational flavour fest dinner here last night. Both had mussels, they were plump full of flavour and the broth they came smothered in had great levels of depth also there were plenty of them for a starter.
The our main course was the star of the show! We had a fresh king Prawn curry that was honestly the best tasting curry we’ve ever eaten. Levels of heat and taste all over the place, no rice needed as there was so many different veggies sat alongside Juicy king prawns. We described this dish as Love in a bowl! Chef had taken pride in this! 👏🏻👏🏻

We were looking for a seafood restaurant in Newquay and this gem was recommended by a taxi driver. From the first moment we were welcomed in, the service was exceptional a lovely calm waiter and a smiley friendly waitress. The food that followed was unbelievably good. Highly recommend the mussels they were huge. The place was buzzing. It rounded off a brilliant day. We will be back.

As a foodie, This was a very disappointing meal. The food did not match the descriptions on the menu. If you are expecting a gourmet meal of higher quality, this is not the place. The food was similar to semi-decent pub grub, just for twice the price. The menu sounds extremely nice, but unfortunately the food doesn’t meet the expectations the menu sets. Staff and service was amazing, 5 star service, but the food does not live up to the reputation at all. Way too overpriced for the quality. As a foodie, I would not recommend this place for other than a beer in the sunshine.

The food was great, and the service was good too. I just did not get their reservation policies. You pay for reserving "a" table, but to reserve a table that is good, you need to exactly know which one, and then pay extra. Sadly they don't tell you when you call to reserve the table, and you will never know this if you are a tourist.

Had a delightful meal here.. view and location is really spectacular. You cannot reserve outside seating, fortunately we had a lovely spot near the window. Starters were so nice especially the mixed seafood in batter. I felt my risotto should have had a cup more risotto as I left feeling I could eat again on the way home which is a little disappointing and dishes don't come with anything all salads and veg are extra on top of the £20 average meal price.
