James is always extremely helpful. We had a faulty instax camera and he was incredibly helpful in getting that fixed for us. I also had a camera consultation with him and he gave me so much time and attention. He honestly makes going to the House of Fuji store a great experience.

I don't normally bother with reviews but was so happy with my 1:1 tutorial with Denise yesterday that I have to say something. I had been very frustrated with my own performance with my XT-2 so I jumped at the chance to have a tutorial on my camera. Denise recognised quickly that I understand photography and so no time was wasted on unnecessary basis and she got straight to the point and to what mattered. She found some problems with my set-up, took me through all the controls, let me practice and answered every question. She answered questions on other kit but at no point did it seem like a hard

Denise was superb. She's passionate photographer that shared all her knowledge about Fuji with the right enthusiasm and a good smile on her face. I'm a new Fujifilm user, Denise with her advise & tips make me want to continue this experience. Good job Fuji this 121 was SUPER. Keep it real :)

Everyone was helpful and kind, got some photos printed.
Photos can be printed at the store from your phone. Costed me £0.6 for a photo print or so.

Had a great experience at FUJIFILM House of Photography! The team are very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate, and gave me some helpful advice. Wonderful exhibition space too. This is so much more your average camera shop, well worth a visit.

We've made two trips to the London House of Photography in two weeks, and I'm blown away by the welcome we've had. The store is light, clean and accessible for me in my electric chair. We've had the fortune to borrow the time of the same store assistant on both visits, he remembered us and also the reasons why I had come in. Today, he took me through the functions of the Instax Liplay I was buying, he didn't rush, he sat down with me and treated me like a human being (which is something sadly lacking in other places I visit). We had such an amazing experience at the store today. Denise helped us with our complex order, she gave us a wide range of options to choose from, and ensured we were happy with the final result.

What an incredible experience you get when dealing with people who actually love their products, such a refreshing difference to merely buying goods.
