Had to wait a month for them the get the carpet I ordered. I understood it had to be made but felt like I was always the one chasing them.
When it came the guys who fitted it did a amazing job. Was in and done in an hour and came ecactly when they said they would so can't fault that. They seem honest as well as was given a quote but when they came to measure explained it wasn't as big as we thought so gave the correct price. Would use again but maybe not take my old carpet up so I have bare floor boards for a month haha

There is no shortage of quality carpet at affordable prices . Buying it is the easy bit . Will it be fitted properly ?. We had a living room carpet and vinyl flooring in a small kitchen space . The standard of fitting is superb all round and my wife and I are delighted at the transformation to our house . I can heartily recommend this store .

If you're thinking of getting your carpets avoid Floormasters. After having my carpet fitted, within 4 weeks the carpet started to fray and bobble, after bringing it to their attention they just ignored me and my wife.
They have no concept of customer service or aftercare, all they care about is your money, once they have your hard earned cash say good bye to your consumer rights.
