Had a really good experience with this company. We bought a combination of Karndean flooring and Brockway 80/20 carpet to be fitted throughout the house. We took our time and visited a number of retailers before we made a decision. Midland appeared to be fairly laid back at first, letting us browse uninterrupted, but when we were ready to ask questions (loads of them) their answers were helpful and have turned out to be accurate. They didn't try to sell us the most expensive product. They listened to our requirements and make recommendations based on what we said about our needs. Having finally

The people at the shop were very professional and helpful. They took their time to guide us on what we wanted and answered any questions we had. Finally we got a really good deal for carpets, underlay and fitting.
The fitters were also fantastic. They came on time, worked as fast as efficiently as possible and by the time they left my house was transformed.

I've recently purchased carpet for x3 rooms and a landing and I was very impressed with the service and quality. Regan helped us pick exactly what we wanted and we couldn't have been more pleased. We got a high quality carpet with decent underlay and it was still cheaper than other quotes I'd got locally for a lesser quality carpet.
