We started out as a couple of ambitious guys who were disillusioned with the way recruitment was being done by the existing companies recruiting for the design, construction and engineering markets. We saw an opportunity to out-compete the existing players on service, ethics and the way many great recruitment consultants were being treated by their employers.
Our Senior Management and Consultants are all experienced recruiters, often with direct industry experience. We work in a consultative fashion and we quite simply aim to exceed the expectations of our clients and candidates in each and every transaction. Our consultants will work with you to identify the talent you want, pro-actively search and match suitable candidates within a specified time scale. Critical: Professionalism
Do not use this staffing agency. After several months of requesting an uplift in their service I received an email from the MD stating that he didn't want to do business with us anymore. The most unprofessional organisation I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Avoid them like the plague.

A truly awful company, i was laughed at by the Director when I was told I wasn't getting my money, they didn't even bother arranging the paperwork with the company I worked for to get me paid and, I had been blatantly lied to on several occasions and, never anyone like my agent, to answer a phone, always having to leave messages for someone to get back to me, never did. It took me to, ringing one of the senior management of the main contractor to get involved and all of a sudden I get a call to tell me my money would be paid the same day. During my recruitment process, Karen and Chrissie were very helpful, from the first contact until the last stages of the job interview.
