Services
Sterling Property Management is a member of ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents) and complies with its code of practice for residential management. It's worth remembering that the residential leasehold sector is unregulated. Anyone can set up as managing agent and start collecting service charges without the relevant qualifications or experience.
We specialise in residential block management, so does not directly diversify into other disciplines such as building surveying or insurance brokerage. We do, however, utilise the services of independent specialists in such fields, who we would be pleased to recommend to our clients. We utilise the services of a large number of highly reputable suppliers and contractors with whom we, as individuals, have worked for many years.

Awful company run by 2 guys with one of them, H Weinstein more active than the other hence coming across as extremely rude, un-professional, always shouting and behaving as if 'I know better than you' and acting according to what suits him or his interests. I have never encountered a person like him in a professional environment in our society - makes me sick only thinking about his attitude.

We've had this manipulative management company manage our block in Maida Vale for a few years, the company consists of 2 guys Howard and Robert who basically stole the couple of blocks they manage from the previous company they used to work for and collude with the one contact they have on the board of directors in each block. Fortunately, I was on the board in our block and managed to get rid of them before they got a foothold.
