MLM Property Management manages many estates of leasehold and freehold houses situated in and around London, the home counties, regionally and nationally. Whilst the number of service charge heads of expenditure are smaller than in blocks of flats, their scope is often broader. There are also particular challenges often associated with Estate Management not found in block management.

I have been dealing with MLM Property Management ever since I acquired my buy to let property a few years ago. In the beginning, I found certain members of staff rude and unhelpful for no apparent reason, especially immediately after the purchase of the property was finalised. They must have had a change of the management/staff since then, as recently, my tenants encountered an issue which forced me to contact MLM. Terri-Jade was dealing with the issue and was amazing throughout. Terri-Jade was extremely professional and efficient. She went above and beyond my expectations and kept me updated at

MLM have proven to be a responsive and helpful management company. Our block has been through some difficult times with building works and fire survey requirements but MLM have helped and supported throughout. Shabz, our property manager, is always available and very responsive. He is thoughtful and understanding. I am very impressed with his persistence, prompt communication and follow up.
