With over 25 years of IT experience, Cool Breeze Technology Services aims to share it's enthusiasm for technology and the benefits it can bring to everyone. We help people get the best out of their technology as well as encouraging and coaching those yet to take the plunge. Providing IT support or technology advice is nothing new of course, but support and advice is often too technical and not tailored to the circumstances and interests of the person in question.

How often have you visited a high street store to discuss a technology issue or ask for advice on a new laptop/tablet only to be left more confused than you were when you went in? Cool Breeze is different, we offer a bespoke and personalised service, delivered direct to you at home, or workplace, making technology helpful and fun rather than complicated and difficult.
Services
You might be working from home and need a new or revised set up to help you to become more efficient and connected. You may be recently retired and have a whole range of home technology that you feel confident and comfortable with - but just need someone to come in and get it working better for you.
We feel very proud and privileged to be working with some amazing people in our local community. Small businesses, individuals, and community groups have all benefitted from our help and support over the last five years.

We also believe that we have a responsibility to help the people who live and work in and around Warwickshire so, we aim to support good causes and local charities with our in-kind expertise and community activities throughout the year.

Ian set up the new computer very efficiently and transferred all my data without any problems. Gary followed up with a visit to re-set my access to documents which were easier for me to use. All is now well and the only questions I have relate to email and can be solved with ease by my daughter!

Gary has provided our charity, Evelyn's Gift, with free reconditioned laptops for children and young people in need. We are extremely grateful that he gives his professional expertise without charge so that we can respond to more of those in greatest need.

We were advised to contact Gary regarding our son's laptop that would not turn on, this was the first week back at school and the first time he had been given homework in the new term.
Gary collected the laptop on a Wednesday morning and had diagnosed the fault within a few hours, and also a couple of options on which way to proceed.
We decided to go with the recommendation of a new laptop which Gary was able to supply and transfer all the data from the old laptop.
Gary bought the new laptop up to us on the Friday all set up and ready to go, the whole experience could not have gone smoother
