The dental practice needed an IT update, we required some honest genuine advice and assistance. The practice was using specialist dental Software by Software of Excellence, all software systems require the correct performance of Operating system and hardware systems in place along with Internet access, secure email, systems protection, a robust back up to GDPR standards and a fast, reliable, and efficient IT support service.
The GLB Property Services business needed an IT system that could be designed for business growth from the outset, it was necessary for us to add additional users to our network and for all users to have access to the same data and use the same applications. While the business was expanding rapidly, having time to consider the best fit for our long- term IT needs seemed challenging.

JBC provide my business with IT support for many years now. Their response time is excellent. They value their clients greatly and always proactively ensure our systems are fully operational and working on the optimal level. Their engineers' experience is vast, covering aspects of Microsoft Office applications to back-end servers infrastructure. JBC also manage our telephone systems really well. We use JBC for our dental support and we can not fault them. They are always on hand to give us the support and help we need. No job is too small either. They are based locally as well so when we need a call out they can get to the practice ASAP! Brilliant company and always pass their name to other companies looking for a new IT support company.
