We have many ways of forming materials but thrive off the potential of our new 200ton 4metre pressbrake. Metal Fabrication Bucks Limited pride themselves with the highest quality bending and forming, working with tight tolerance and complex designs is made that little bit easier with our latest investment being Hexagons new RADbend and Radan Designer packages makes bending high volume, small volume and complex parts a breeze.

Metal Fabrication bucks is not only a precision sheet metal work company we also produce high quality large steel profiles and fabricate large steel structures. With our various types of profile cutting, we pride ourselves on the ability to be able to cut thick steel with no problem we can cut materials from 0.5mm all the way up to 30mm thick out of sheet size up to 1500mm-3000mm within a tight tolerance.
We have a brand new LVD Strippit CNC punch press with repositioning for those larger profiles. As a company that believes that investment in the newest machinery makes not only production easier, but it also makes production of the highest quality parts possible with an extremely fast punch speed of up to 600 hits a minute.
