DMS Stainless Fabrications Ltd specialises in the manufacture and assembly of high quality stainless fabrications, and special purpose equipment, pressure vessels and pipework. We provide our services to organisations within various industries from Food and Petrochemical, to Process Engineering and Pharmaceutical, as well as providing manufacturing and fabrication services for organisations working within the offshore oil and gas industries.

DMS use the latest Autocad 2D & Solid works 3D, CAD design software allowing our team to develop and prove extremely complex components in a 3D environment before downloading on our CNC machines.
DMS has a large and progressive portfolio of welding qualifications and procedures for Manual TIG Welding. All of our welding procedure qualifications are third party approved by Zurich Certification, who are members of the CEOC authorising committee, and all of our welding procedures are dual certified for ASME IX and BS EN 288.
DMS Stainless Fabrications Ltd currently have three Machine TIG welding lathes, which offer precision welding with an advanced level of process control and automation. This process is ideal for butt and socket welded components in a variety of materials. For many years DMS Stainless Fabrications Ltd have been a preferred supplier to companies working in the Subsea oil industry.
