I am looking to purchase an electric motorbike and emailed an initial enquiry to EEMC. Oli replied with a brief email which I followed with a call where he explained and clarified numerous issues about the bike, process and the pros and cons of buying an electric bike with just a CBT license only. At no stage did he try to pressure a sale but encouraged me to think about all the options and come back to him when I was ready. He spent an hour on the phone with me trying to ensure I was comfortable with what I wanted to do.

Very friendly and knowledgeable guys. Test rides were really good and I bought a Zero FX from them. They were really helpful with delivery even though I don't live too far away. I absolutely love the bike, the ride is amazing. I still have a couple of petrol bikes but this is definitely my go to machine. The range suits my purposes really well going out for rides around the area with friends. I really recommend the bike and EEMC !!

I checked out dealers throughout the Land and no-one came close. The English electric team are as reliable as their products.
Brilliant communicators ; excellent service from sales to support.
Other dealers go to EEMC for in-depth knowledge ! (They have a great relationship with the manufacturer).

I bought my Zero S from EEMC after losing confidence in a more local dealership and could not be happier.
Whilst ordering the bike over the phone, it became immediately apparent how much more knowledge Alec had about his range compared to the dealership I had previously been working with. I wanted some aftermarket options adding to the bike and Alec already had experience of fitting these so there were no problems there - the original dealership had said that they would need to research to find out what was available and how to do it.
I would have been happy at this point to have the bike delivered
