I've been working as a cake maker from 1979, it was quite rare to see a male making cakes in those days and carried quite a few challenges then.

I worked in a world famous bakehouse in Stratford Upon Avon, before taking various jobs in the food industry ranging from working in a cannery through to making everyone's favourite orange snack. Finally i decided to go solo and start up my own business in 2015 forming Daves Demon Cakes. Thank you for making such a fantastic cake, everyone loved it and Calum and Haley were so pleased.

We were delighted with the diving themed cake Dave made for my sister's significant birthday. The detail was fantastic and fun. The whole family loved it and we would thoroughly recommend Dave's cakes. It was very tasty too! We'll have more cakes to order next year and look forward to Dave's take on our ideas.
