Services
Gill has over thirty eight years of experience in cake design and decoration. She combines her skills in watercolour painting with food colour and sugar to create stunning hand painted designs, which have been featured in cake decorating magazines. Gill works with royal icing as well as sugar paste to produce designs to please every taste, from traditional and contemporary to modern and quirky.
Vanilla - A soft moist eating Genoese sponge cake which cuts neatly. Perfect with raspberry jam and butter cream filling. Chocolate - A delicious chocolate Genoese sponge cake. Perfect with cherry jam and chocolate butter cream filling or chocolate butter cream alone. Death By Chocolate - An indulgent, moist, dark, very chocolaty chocolate cake.

Incredible service - Gill was very responsive to my enquiries and was able to provide the perfect cake for my friends 30th birthday. She also delivered it locally free of charge as I don’t live nearby. Tasted amazing too I’m told! The final product looked incredible - would definitely recommend!

Gill provided a delicious wedding cake for my daughter’s wedding. 3 layers - fruit, vanilla and chocolate sponge, all of which went down extremely well with everyone who tried them. We chose a nautical design my daughter had found on Pinterest and Gill copied it with precision. Gill’s prices are very competitive and the quality of the service and cake is first class. She delivered the cake to the venue on the morning of the wedding and there were no hitches. We would highly recommend her.

Working with Gill was great. I originally provided an idea of what I wanted on the cake but left the design work to Gill. The cake was for my wife’s 60th Birthday party for 100 servings and it was even personalised by sending pictures of my wife and her interests. The cake tasted wonderful and lots of the guests commented on how nice it was. The finished article was better than I ever imagined it would be. Will definitely go to Gill again

Amazing cake made by Gill for my son's first birthday. I requested a teletubbies cake and Gill surpassed herself with the aesthetics and flavour. I received a lot of complements.
Gill was also great at giving advice on size to order, she was spot on, everyone had a good portion and there was just enough left for ourselves and to give to close family to enjoy the next day.
I would heavily recommend!
