Woodlands Caravan Park Harlech
Woodlands Caravan Park is a small, select, family run park set in wonderful surroundings at the foot of Harlech Castle, built in c.1290 and a designated World Heritage Site. The park is beautifully maintained and landscaped, its grounds boasting an array of plants and flowers, natural woodland areas and a waterfall.

We have a selection of static caravans for sale. We often sell caravans before they are displayed on our website, please don't hesitate to call with your requirements or to join our waiting list. Harlech is a wonderful little town with a lot to offer. Situated around the castle and a short walk from Woodlands you will find a range interesting and independent shops and eateries.
Services
Our static park gives you the opportunity to own your very own holiday home in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Open for 10 months per year, the park offers a relaxing, quiet and safe environment for families and couples alike. Holiday homes are well spaced and thoughtfully sited to make the most of the beautiful flora and mature woodland that the park has to offer.
Situated within the boundaries of the park are two cosy and comfortable holiday cottages, both of which have been completely renovated in the past 3 years. Castle Cottage (2 berth) and Castle Cliff Cottage (3 berth) offer a fantastic base for visitors to take in what the local area has to offer. Both the beach and the centre of Harlech are within walking distance and a small convenience store can be found just minutes-walk from the park.
Follow signs for A496 downhill past Royal St. David's Golf Course on left. Fork right at Level Crossing following signposts for Woodlands the Park is on the right after 200 yards. Travel along A496 towards Harlech for approximately 1mile from Talsarnau, turn right at signpost (A496) for Harlech and Barmouth.

Small friendly touring part. Super clean toilet block and dish washing facilities . Very handy for exploring and the railway station 2 mins walk . The trains run very regularly along the coast and so reasonably priced you don’t need to use the car.

Set in a beautiful location beneath Harlech Castle, this caravan park is immaculate. As mentioned by others who posted reviews, it’s the perfect base to explore the area from. In spite of our late arrival, we still received a warm welcome. Lovely facilities, easily accessible, will stay again.

Lovely peaceful stay. Clean amenities. Wi-Fi on campsite. Pitches were roomy. Great location for exploring Harlech . The beach is fabulous. At night the castle is illuminated and all you can hear is the waterfall.

Lovely small touring and static caravan park with spotlessly clean facilities. It's a shame they are turning it into a static holiday home site in 2020 and no touring pitches available.

We stay in Castle cliff cottage. Great base for attractions in and around Harlech. It was a great place to war h the sunset whilst sitting out on the patio having a beer and listening to the busy Jack Jaws doing the evening fly past. Highly recommend this loverly venue.

Our idea of a top class site... clean, friendly owner, great facilities, no clubs/bars, quiet, relaxing, walking distance to the beach & with some handy local amenities nearby. I would certainly recommend this site, if you are in search of any of the above. Had a wonderful 4 nights stay here 👍🏼

Terrific site with faultless facilities. 2 min walk to train station, ideal location for exploring by train. Gutted that it's closing for tourers at the end of October, thought we'd found a little gem of a site for the future

Would fully recommend Woodlands Caravan Park. Spent a very enjoyable Easter weekend here and would definitely return again. Owners were so helpful and friendly. Location brilliant, beach 15 minute walk, and town 10 minute walk (up a very steep hill). Facilities were good. Just one point as you turn into the lane it is first right in to the touring park. We missed it as not very well sign posted and we headed for reception to book in which led to a tight car park which made turning our motorhome around a little difficult.

Had a lovely Easter weekend here. Chris is good to liaise with from booking to arrival. Our spot was small so he offered us a place to park the car which was fine. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The site is small but there is a nearby shop and the town is minutes walk away up a direct (very steep) road. We loved the area and will return. Thanks for accommodating us 😊

It's very organised and stuff. My auntie has brought a caravan here and I come with her here and there. But the care takers and the people around here are very nice to us and other people on the park. If there in the middle of something and you need their help they stop what they are doing and help you. It's very neat and tidy and nothing I's bad about this place. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Thank you.
