I ordered flowers and wine to be delivered for my mums birthday a couple of weeks ago. I gave less than 48 hours notice (how disorganised right!?!) I ordered by phone and the lady was helpful and didn’t seem concerned about the short notice (phew) even as I needed a Saturday delivery. Mum was delighted with the flowers and fizz. Mum messaged me yesterday to say the flowers lasted 2 weeks which is the longest she’s had flowers last. I much prefer to support local business and thoroughly recommend The Flowershop of Uttoxeter. We went in today to ask for a small bouquet of flowers. We were greeted with a woman who couldn't possibly be interested in making any money for this business. Her greeting was cold and unwelcoming. She told me that it would take time to prepare the flowers, in a way that was to discourage me from making a purchase. If it is a case of pre-ordering the flowers, this could have been relayed to me in a kind and professional manner. Will not shop here, ever.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother for Mother's Day (US holiday date), even though we had sent them to her for the March 22 date as well. The second set came from The Flowershop Of Uttoxeter and she was delighted with them. Not only were they absolutely beautiful, but they lasted forever! New buds kept opening, revealing fresh blooms, over weeks. Very impressed with what she received and we will probably order direct from them rather than through an international service in the future, as we know what we're getting is quality. Thanks!
