Situated at Stafford Crematorium proprietor Debbie Bailey has created a unique and inviting meeting place. The caf has been thoughtfully re-furbished (with full disabled facilities) and stylishly decorated which provides a warm and relaxing environment for everyone visiting the Crematorium, whether it be for funeral service or visiting the grounds to tend to graves and memorials.
Bereavement is never an easy time so hopefully Hearts and Flowers will be a place where people can go to meet relatives for a cup of tea and a bite to eat where they can offer each other comfort and support. The caf with it's respectful and friendly atmosphere can seat up to 26 people which is open to everyone and has it's own parking area.

Debbie created the most fantastic birthday cake for me. Not only was the cake light and delicious but it looked incredible - we did not want to cut into it as it looked so perfect. PS People who say they don't like scones have obviously not tried the ones that Debbie makes! We have visited the cafe a few times now and the cakes are out of this world!
Debbie and her husband are very caring, I don't know what I would do without their help, because I live in Somerset all I have to do is phone them and they will put flowers on my mothers grave. The caf is warm and welcoming after a long drive to be greeted by a warm small a lovely cup of tea and a slice of the best home made cake I have ever had.

Thank you so much for looking after everyone that came to the funeral, the food and service provided were excellent.
The cafe was perfect for us, could not find fault with anything; well laid out easy to access the food available.
The staff were friendly, professional; but in keeping with the event it was booked for.
A very pleasant experience given the circumstances of the day in question.
Would not hesitate to book it again for another function, all the food was very fresh.
At no time did we feel rushed to leave the cafe, the staff giving everyone time to collect themselves.
