SP was fantastic from my first conversation with Alex at SP. I wanted someone to not only treat me but diagnose the problem without treating me like a cash machine as I was cynical about it. However once i met my physio Joana Zada it was very clear thier only agenda was my speedy recovery.
Joanna was very professional and explained ailments in layman language and treated me without rushing me on site but also giving me some exercises to do back home. It wasn't just the diagnosis but also the root cause was discussed and exercises given to counter that too.
I took 4 sessions n the tennis elbow

Poor customer care. I tried to book a few times with a birthday Groupon voucher but they only do week days until 4pm with the voucher. I explained I work during the week and they replied they do last minute cancellations and to phone up on the off chance. After trying several times to no avail my voucher finally ran out with them saying there was nothing they could do.
Very disappointed.
