Due to the change in the frequency of our wholesale deliveries to twice weekly, please allow one weeks' notice for all orders of food and medication. Holly was made very welcome, and responded with enthusiasm to the fuss made of her. I have used the practice since 1983, and although I have seen many changes, the standard of care has always been high.

The vet I saw was happy to stay on and see and treat my dog to make her comfortable rather than go home on time. I would highly recommend the practice. The team here at Millpark have always gone the extra mile for clients. We each keep our own animals, whether dogs, cats, horses or livestock and we support a range of animal charities.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
To reduce unnecessary waiting times for you and your pet, consultations are now arranged by appointment. Please note: we are closed on Sundays. In case of emergency, call us. During night-times or weekends, your call will be diverted to our local Emergency Veterinary Service, who provide hospital-standard care for pets.
Millpark is a fully equipped veterinary practice offering surgical and critical care facilities, kennel blocks, a laboratory, isolation kennels and a pharmacy. We have a large car park at the front of the practice and a good sized waiting room with a high shelf for cat boxes.
Our range of facilities includes digital X-Ray, radiography, endoscopy, anaesthetic monitoring equipment, ultrasound and dentistry equipment - to provide your pet with the best treatments.We have a wide range of pet food in practice and available to order, as well as toys and pet accessories such as collars, leads and brushes.

To ensure that your pet continues to be treated with the most appropriate medication at the correct dose, we are obliged to carry out re-examinations at regular intervals. The time period between these examinations will vary depending on the condition and the medication. These checks will be charged at a reduced consultation fee and in certain cases a blood test will also be required.

Every experience is tailored to both pet and pet owner, making them as stress and hassle free as possible. The welcome and goodbye are both warm too - very friendly. Above that, they still provide reliable information and advice on your pet and their needs. Knowing that my pet is being looked after and is in safe hands if anything goes wrong puts my mind at ease. Would recommend

Very impressed with your service as always. I got my appointment time wrong and arrived nearly 45 min early with my baby and cat attached to the stroller. I was fitted in within 5 mins, I wasn’t rushed through the appointment either and I didn’t feel like I’d caused any inconvenience. The only thing that was a bit of wait was for medicines and the next appointment booking and standing outside in dodgey weather wasn’t great, but I was prepared for that, given the times, and everyone was covered and warm. Thank you as always for your service
