Chris Blackburn set up MP in the early 1970's after an extremely successful career as a toolmaker in Chippenham. Customers in the early days included well known local businesses such as Bush & Wilton which produced industrial valves, and Westinghouse Brakes & Signals where Chris in his time and later his sons Paul and Anthony completed their apprenticeships.
MP Engineering are equipped with two CNC machining facilities based in Chippenham, Wiltshire offering quality parts throughout Bath, Swindon, Bristol, Gloucester and UK wide. Both CNC machining shops are equipped with the latest in CNC milling & turning machinery for the cost effective production and turn around of parts needed quickly.
