I have witnessed an Ely Skips driver (lorry) driving along the A141 near Old Hurst whilst using a mobile phone.
Further more he was gesticulating with his other hand, therefore had no hands on the steering wheel.
I am considering forwarding this to the local Police as I am disgusted at such flagrant law breaking, especially form someone who needs to drive for their livelihood.

Hello, I want to complain about the reckless and incivic behavior of Ely Skip drivers. We live on Fen Road, a 20 mph road, often used by cyclists. Several times we have witnessed Ely skips speeding up and dropping their load on the road, like broken glass, big plastic sheets, and rune. But today at 1 pm, I witnessed one of the skips hooting a couple of cyclists on its lane, and when he couldn't get rid of them, he decided to bypass them when another bike was on the other lane! To ice the cake, when he noticed me he give me the finger.
