We have around 30 experienced drivers and 19 vehicles, which provide a comfortable ride up to 8 passengers. All of our drivers are self employed and in addition to full time drivers we have a number of part time drivers and lady drivers. This allows us to keep our waiting times to a minimum and provide a more responsive service.

As well as providing vehicles for the Bridal Party, we have vehicles that can accommodate up to eight passengers as well as disabled friendly vehicles and therefore we are frequently requested to provide all means of transport to and from weddings. On a number of these special occasions we have provided a "shuttle" service for guests to and from the Service Venue and the Reception Venue.

The worst taxi service I have ever encountered. Called for a taxi from Sainsburys in Devizes and was told 15 minutes. Over an hour and a half later I called back was told booking had been forgotton and a taxi would be straight round, another hour went past and no taxi. Called Sainsburys to complain and was told that after Senior Management at Sainsburys had read over 90 bad reviews online of this company they were going to review having their phone in the store connecting to Devizes Taxis. Was with my disabled Two Year Old Son. Discraceful just doesn't cut it. Avoid at all costs.

Asked for taxi to come early from a pre-booked taxi from a wedding. Came earlier than arranged on the phone, taxi driver proceeded to storm through wedding party and demand that we left the wedding as he was a "working man" before the time agreed on the phone. As he dropped us off in Devizes, took on a fair from the road even though he said he had fairs arranged. Charged us for the time that he disrupted the wedding for as well
Completely unacceptable customer service, ruined the end of a fantastic day. Really appalling service, will be formally complaining.

The driver was 10 minutes late to pick up
straight from picking us up he was speeding doing up to 55 mph in 30mph
zones, going over speed bumps at 30 mph, he was very consistent with driving on the wrong side of the road, whilst in the car he was taking calls and was very rude.
once u had go to my destination I obviously wanted to pay my fee which was £22.20 I gave the driver £30 and then he told me to get out of the car because he's running late to his next booking which ill just remind you he was already 10 minutes late to my booking, once I finally got my change for my fare, he proceeds
