Where do i start?!
First of all excellent customer service, very transparent, well organised and very informative.
I booked two vehicles, the Rolls Royce Phantom & the Rolls Royce Ghost,
Booking was made prior to the covid-19 pandemic!
As the new lockdown rules came into affect, i was worried that i may lose my deposits, as i had to postpone my wedding!
However brother Faysal reassured me that all bookings can be rescheduled and there was nothing to worry about!
A year later my bookings were still in place! With 0 drama!
I also booked another vehicle at the very last minute, the vintage

Soo helpful fast service we had to change our dates multiple times due to lockdowns and faysal at prestige was very helpful then the big day came our driver was so professional he called that morning to introduce himself and to explain what was planned route etc etc he arrived a bit early just incase parked up and waited for us and he was a excellent driver thank you very much prestige carriages for the excellent service money well spent 😇
