Worst experience we ever had. The owner will promise you for everything and take your money but he will give your excuses on that day.The owner was very rude and. FOOD WAS COLD AND RUBBISH. Please don't use prabha, you will regret for life. Literally everything was unprofessional. Spend your hard earned money somewhere better. Don't trust this place.

We have been waiting for a refund since 2021 February because of covid and they kept us waiting for all this time and now they say they will only give us 70% of the 15k deposit we paid because they had to organise stuff but infact they didn't organise anything becuase we hadn't gone in to finalise anything e.g food, deco, dj seperate
We didn't agree to to them taking 30% and now they won't even pick up our call to talk about refund. Prabha I know you will read this so please give us a call, not fair what you are doing.

We went to this venue for my mother in law’s 60th Birthday and it was the worst experience of a venue ever. It was dirty, the owner was so rude and made excuses for raw meat kebabs being sent to the table along with lights that turned off in the toilets and made it pitch black. For the price it is, really not worth it. There are better venues with owners who actually care about peoples’ experience. Most definitely hygiene issues in the venue too. Everything was really dirty.

We used Praba Banqueting’s catering service at our own selected venue. The food was excellent and the waiting staff were great. Special thanks to Fedoline who was very responsive and helpful with planning everything from the outset and constantly made sure our guests were kept happy on the day of the event. All our guests loved the food.

Don’t use Praba.
Was at a wedding with them this weekend which they catered. The food was COLD. I was given chilli paneer, but it felt like I was eating cubes of ICE because it was so cold! We specifically asked them to bring the food warmers to the venue and they reassured this multiple times but they didn’t not provide this in the end with no explanation.
Bartenders were VERY unprofessional. They were caught offering whole bottles of alcohol to guests at the end when they were instructed to store them for the hosts to take back. Terrible service. It was very clear their supervisor did not
