Bought a street triple from Richard 6 months ago and was the best bike sales experience I’ve had, just had my dash fail and the bike was out of warranty with them by 3 months. I called hoping they might help me and Steve did.. they provided me with a new dash and sent it to my local dealer bevan triumph to be fitted direct, totally blew me away with aftersales care that’s lost these days..so massive thank you to Richard and Steve and the next bike I want I will look at there stock first as I want to buy from them again, top dealer, and thanks again.

All of guys from sales to work shop, are always helpful in providing information on all aspects of whatever you need to know about your motorbike and more.

My local Triumph dealer is Fowlers, Bristol. I bought my Thruxton RS from Suttons and I drive up to have it serviced here. Says everything about how good Suttons are and how terrible Fowlers are.

Very informative when getting my bike serviced. There was not much of triumph area at the time of visit but I believe they are going through refurbishments. It would of been nice to of been offer a drink while I was waiting but once again hopefully when they are fully branded this might be an option.

Only a new boy to this game. I knew what I wanted and salesmanship was second to non. Bike excellently prepared, everything in place. When I upgrade this is the place I go to.

After leaving a glowing review when I brought my bike I have since had issues.
I had an issue with my MT07 engine management light been on. The bike was still under warranty however I got the cold shoulder of we are not Yamaha dealers and we can’t take it to Alf England as we don’t make any money out of it.
This is a shame as the deal they did was great and the service when buying the bike was fantastic but the after sales was pants
