The name Cafeology comes from two separate words Cafe and ology resulting in a 'coffee branch of knowledge'. All our coffees are grown in Spanish speaking countries where the word Cafe is the translation from Coffee. The definition of the wording of ology is 'a branch of knowledge'. As coffee is grown on trees, it seemed like a perfectly suited match and Cafeology was born.

We are very proud that all our Colombian coffee is directly sourced from Asoapia in Pereira Colombia via Francisco Herrera and his team.
When reviewing our coffee offer, we approached Cafeology to help and advise in sourcing coffee machines to suit our varied requirements. Bryan was very professional and knowledgeable in guiding us to a great range of Rancilio Coffee Machines that meet all of our needs.
He was able to introduce us to the team at Rancilio and work as the intermediary in negotiating competitive pricing and even helping to develop a new version of their Classe 5 machine to meet a need not currently available in the existing Rancilio range.As a result, Cafeology have become a valuable supplier partner for Pizza Hut UK Ltd and we look forward to working a long and successful partnership moving forward.

I ordered a bag of Bourbon infused coffee for a friend, not realising there was a delivery charge associated with a single bag. Next morning I got a call from Lizzie who suggested getting a second bag would clear any postage costs. I'm very glad I did, the coffee is delicious! Very speedy delivery, great customer service.

Switched to roastology english breakfast tea last month. Have been a lover of yorkshire tea for years but decided to change as I wanted a plastic free teabag. The tea is really good, and I don't miss yorkshire tea at all. Service was also great as Cafeology checked with their teabag supplier to make sure the bags were 100% plastic free.

I have tried 3 of the roastology beans now (cooling towers, aviator, and a Brazilian one), and can confirm that after a year of looking for a great coffee brand to get behind this is the one! Not only is their customer service excellent and extremely personal, they added 8 amazing cookies to each of my orders without advertising so at all on their website( which were delicious btw). The coffee itself it excellent, the whole brand is great and I am excited to order more in the future!
