I had a cappuccino at Audley house Birmingham, their supplier is Heavenly coffee, I ordered 4 bags of 227grams of coffee beans, but because they had a packaging problem, they sent me 4 bags of 500grams at no extra cost.
This is the second time I have dealt with them. I must say their customer service is 2nd to none,they set an example for every other company to follow. So we now have Heavenly coffee with Heavenly customer service. 😇 😇

We have bought coffee for home use from heavenly for 4 or 5 years now, it really is lovely coffee with varieties to suite all tastes and occasions. I usually pop down to the premises as I live nearby and get a warm welcome and often a cup of coffee as well. They are really nice people who love and know coffee.
