We decided to go local after being with another high street optician for years - best decision ever!
Friendly and excellent customer service from everyone in the team. Great personalised care given to me and my family - I could just pick up the phone and talk to Jay when I had some concerns about my daughters vision. The kids feel really comfortable talking to Jay and communicating their discomforts etc.
Very highly recommend them!!

Both myself and my wife visited and ordered new glasses, having recently moved to the area.
Eyes examined glasses ordered and received after one week.
Quality and value of glasses excellent , nearly half the price but same quality, of our old Opticians.
Very friendly staff and a good experience all round.

This small independent opticians offer an excellent service. Professional team, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure your eye test, prescription and glasses are right for you. They offer ongoing support and customer care to ensure you are happy and any problems are rectified without problem. During the current COVID-19 crisis Sonia has gone above and beyond with collecting glasses from me at work ensuring social distancing measures are adhered to, delivered glasses to my home and to work. Cannot thank her enough for such excellent customer service! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this opticians

Brilliant service today. The Optician really put me at ease and engaged my small child with all the tests. He loved it and thought the whole experience was hilarious and great fun! They were friendly, professional and went the extra mile with helping me choose frames. This business is a great asset to the Bromsgrove community. I just wish I had discovered them before !
