I had previously seen the company restore a wooden floor at my workplace and was impressed. We presented the team at Salisbury Wood Floors Ltd with a real challenge - 1'' x 6'' reclaimed wood tiles and a desire to have a herringbone pattern laid in three rooms. Undaunted by this first for them, we experienced excellent, friendly and attentive customer service from Leigh and Bernice from the outset. Mike, the principle floor layer, was outstanding in meeting our design brief and coping with no straight walls to work to. Salisbury Wood Floors recently restored a parquet floor for us as part of an insurance claim following a flood.
We cannot recommend them highly enough. They were efficient, informative and excellent craftsmen. Their attention to detail was superb - even down to numbering each wooden tile as it was removed.
The final process of sanding and sealing left us with a floor which makes us smile every time we look at it!
