Very poor job completely ruined my recently decorated room by scratching the walls half way after complaining they refused to take responsibility for there poor job

We had Vinyl flooring fitted in our kitchen, utility and porch. None of the walls in our house are straight, but Christopher did a brilliant job and it looks great. He was very tidy and efficient. We are very pleased with the result.
