Ian has been in the carpet and flooring trade ever since he left school.
He trained as a floor layer in Wombwell in 1984 and then went on to become a contract installer before starting his own business. He has a vast amount of experience in both fitting and sales and has always been passionate about carpets and flooring. Dave from a young age worked for Paul Eyre carpets in Rotherham, moving onto the carpet centre Wombwell in 1988.

We are highly delighted with the quality of flooring and service we received from Floormaster. Everything about our experience of dealing with them is positive. We ordered carpets for 3 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, hall, stairs and landing as well as Amtico in the kitchen and utility. To begin with the knowledge and advice from the staff in the shop helped us work out what was the most suitable flooring and there was no problem with us taking a variety of samples so we could see them in our home. Have only praise for the guys at Floormaster. From the advice given on the sales floor, the accurate prediction of stock coming in and fitting dates likely available, everything spot on. The fitter was brilliant, so polite and thoughtful, worked non stop (and only on our job, wasn't called away as can happen with others)very skilled too, an immaculate finish to our Amtico flooring throughout the ground floor. Completed in the four days estimated, no need to touch up painted skirting boards or anything, you'd never know they'd been. Thanks to all at Floormaster, we would not hesitate to recommend

I would highly recommend Floormaster. I have used previously to supply wood flooring, hence going back when it was time to replace bedroom, stairs, study and landing carpets. Great service in helping choose the carpet and the fitters were friendly and did a superb job.

I wanted to have the hallway of our bungalow installed with wood flooring. I decided to contact Floormaster Yorkshire as I wanted it to look the business, and I was not disappointed! The Salesperson measured up for us and helped us match the new floor with the existing laminate in the front room. He was very helpful. On the day of the install, the fitter arrived on time and got straight on with the job. I noticed that he had all the professional tools that were needed with him so I knew we were in good hands.
