Initially I was quite uncertain of hypnotherapy, but I am so pleased I took the plunge. Hypnotherapy is not entirely what you think it is. Yes there are "hypnotherapy sessions" but just as important is how aware you become of your habits and compulsions. Whatever it is you want to overcome, you must really want to achieve it and hypnotherapy is a great help in doing so. Celia thoroughly got to the root of the habits which were causing my problems and set out a course in trying to correct it. I contacted Celia after having had problems sleeping for a number of years. I have always been someone who could cope with little sleep but the last few years it was reduced to around 4 or 5 hours a night.
With Celia’s help, I saw a difference in my sleep almost immediately! For the first week, although I didn’t necessarily sleep much longer, I felt less stressed and obsessive about the actual time
I was asleep.
After our second session and with the help of the recordings of the relaxation and hypnoses session, I saw a difference in the time and quality of my sleep!
I couldn’t recommend

I highly go off of recommendations, as a sole trader myself I understand how important it is to reflect your views so others understand and respect how much hard work that goes into it. I approached Celia by phone 7weeks ago as I have had the worst habit which I have tried everything to stop biting my nails. It’s a horrible habit for anyone and it takes me back to when I was a tiny toddler! I would bite my nails until they bleed and always woke up with such sore fingertips. Unsure of what to expect, even reading other reviews I was sceptical and a little nervous. Celia made me feel really relaxed

I went to Celia for help with aquaphobia but she has helped me with so much more. She is very kind and easy to talk to. She explained things well and has given me a greater understanding of ways to deal with anxiety which has helped me immensely. I'm so pleased I found her when I was looking for hypnotherapy and thoroughly recommend her.

I will confess to being slightly skeptical of hypnotherapy before I went, but I despite knowing the right path I was unable to keep to it so I thought I'd give it a go.
Celia is a fantastic therapist. She makes you feel at ease and challenges you when you need it most. She has made me realise what I can achieve and how to take care of myself. She doesn't force extra sessions on you if you don't need them

Celia Griver is a very pleasant and focused individual. I have enjoyed my sessions with her so far. Celia has definitely helped me appreciate certain important aspects of human behaviour which help me particularly in my work.
