The Hermann's Tortoise is amongst the most popular Tortoise species, due to their relatively small adult size, ease of care and ease of breeding. All specimens available in the United Kingdom are now captive bred due to strict import rules. When purchasing a Hermann's Tortoise you should be given official documents stating the origin, and ownership details of the particular tortoise.

All u need here, healthy pets, good clean insects / livestock and frozen food, tanks and accessories at great prices. However, owner is part lizard so look for mammalian affection eslewhere.

Guy in the shop very rude, one worded answers, just stared at us when we came in, not welcoming at all. When we decided to buy something - we said to him we would like to pay by card (didnt have cash on us) at this point he started very dryly the price would be doubled if we wanted to do this. Understandable if small businesses need to charge and extra fee for card, but doubling it - never heard of this! Another reptile shop has been recommended to us so shopping from there next time!

I used to go to this store to get food for my pet from reptiles, the only note that the owner of the shop was not pleasant and his only concern was money. Even the smile is completely absent from his features.

Great wee shop went for some advise about getting a snake for my son the guy couldn’t be more helpful. I was concerned about after we got the snake and might need some help but he reassured us that if we ever need any help or info don’t hesitate to come and ask. Will definitely be back to get a snake if I can’t talk my son out of it before then lol.

Great advice given when we got our Leopard Gecko (Leroy 🥰) last week. Spoke to us for ages about how to care for him and answered all our questions. Really knowledgable and was great letting the kids have a hold of the gecko before we took him home. Only had him 4 days but he's already settled well.

Picked up a Pastel Banana Pinstripe Royal Python today. Staff very helpful, told me the feeding schedule and food size that this little man is taking. Very happy with the service. Well be back.

Best place to buy an exotic pet. Store members are extremely knowledgeable and help you any way they can. Couldn't recommend higher! Bought numerous snakes and reptiles off of them and couldn't have been happy with each one.

Unhelpful staff too busy with the three legged tortoise walking the floor of the cramped shop ..was told on asking for a mourning gecko that they were to small and he couldn't be arsed trying to catch any.....

Great little shop, well cared for animals. The owner might come off as a wee bit intimidating but he's a great guy and gives very good advice on ball python care. Excellent snake-sitters too if you need someone to care for your animal while you're elsewhere, they give you updates on how your snake has been feeding and all that. Would recommend for professionals, hobbyists and pet owners all.
