Brilliant location and well priced for London. Our windows opened onto a dark courtyard area with no natural light so it felt a bit like a prison room, rooms are decorated like a nice travelodge, for the cost and location it was worth the stay. Staff are very friendly, hotel is very clean, would definitely come back again.

This hotel is beautiful, especially when you first walk in. The location is excellent, on Northumberland Avenue, a 1 minute walk from Nelson's Column. There was fresh chilled water and a vending machine on our floor, just bear in mind the vending machine is coin only! The room itself is lovely, very spacious and with a huge Smart TV! There wasn't a view out of our window unfortunately but this wasn't a huge deal to us. Overall, it was a lovely stay to celebrate my birthday and I will recommend this again as a treat for anyone looking to stay in Central London!

Amazingly enough I did a review, but its not showing. This place is nice with a lot of well dressed people in the neighborhood :) . I will say most of the staff have been great, but I would like to mention the absolute delight of being helped by Dahlia. She was wonderfully helpful, and the biggest reason I will return here in future visit.

Our favourite hotel in Central London. Excellent atmosphere and helpful staff. Rooms was very clean and well equipped. A little smaller than we have had previously. Great location. Used the bar for pre dinner drinks which was lovely. They offer bag leaving service which is helpful when still sight seeing. Expensive but worth it for the location and a treat!

MARIA was the one who greeted me. She was a wonderful and great lady with professional customer service skills. Very clean hotel with clean and updated rooms. Can’t beat the location. Wading distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping and more n more. I would recommend everyone to book this place when visiting London. You won’t be disappointed.
