Services
Clare Park is a not for profit organisation with exempt charitable status, which was established with the intention of focusing on the needs of its residents, rather than financial gain.
We fulfill our charitable status primarily through providing a caring home for older people to ensure that they can continue to enjoy life to the full, by subsidising accommodation and meals for friends and family, ensuring that our residents are able to play a role in the local village community. We remain firmly committed to our residents and our mission which is set out below.

Clare Park is a retirement community for discerning older people who seek an independent lifestyle. Set in the Hampshire countryside close to the ancient village of Crondall and the historic market town of Farnham, Surrey. Clare Park is an exempt, not-for-profit charity and we believe that, locally, our offering is unique.
Clare Park is set in its own extensive grounds amidst rolling countryside, on the border of Surrey and Hampshire. Located on the outskirts of the ancient village of Crondall, Clare Park is just three miles from the historic market town of Farnham. There is easy access to the A3 and M3 and good direct rail services from Farnham and Fleet.
Our residents do not purchase a property at Clare Park, but instead make a loan that is fully refunded on departure. They then pay a monthly charge which is fully inclusive with no hidden extras. We recommend that all prospective residents consult with their financial advisor in order to assess the feasibility of living at Clare Park.
Clare Park offers a variety of retirement housing options. In the main building, there are apartments, penthouses, single rooms and suites, each with en-suite bathrooms. In the grounds are self-contained bungalows, set in gardens close to the main residential mansion house. Unlike some retirement communities, at Clare Park you rent your accommodation and provide a repayable loan, rather than buy it.

My parents spent 4 of the happiest years of their life at Clare Park Private Retirement Residences. From the very first moment we arrived to look round, we absolutely LOVED it!
- The staff are all SO friendly and helpful; they always go well above and beyond the 'call of duty'.
- From our first visit, we noticed the warm, welcoming atmosphere and, with numerous communal areas, there is plenty of space so you can be with others or alone, as you wish.
- My mother was particularly taken with the main Georgian building with its elegance and high ceilings, and both my parents loved to walk around
