Unfortunately, I cannot share the sentiment of the prior reviewers. It took nearly four weeks and two visits to the shop to get Angus to visit our property and provide a quotation. Having some follow-up questions in terms of alternatives for the hearth, stove availability and possible scheduling of work to commence, I called multiple times and visited the shop twice again only to be always told "Angus will call you back as only he can answer your questions" or :Has he not yet called? Let me speak to him and remind him". 6 weeks later and I am still waiting for a response (in fact, I am no longer

From start to finish this was a supremely pleasant experience. It took less than a week for us to identify the burner we wanted, have Angus come round for a thorough site examination and have their wonderful team install the wood burner. I cannot praise the installation team highly enough. A genuine pleasure to have in the house. Top top tradespeople. Clean, polite, professional to a tee, and fantastic craftsmanship. Without doubt one of the best investments in our house we have ever made, and the Firefly team made it one of the least stressful. Kudos.

Such a great company to deal with! From initially visiting the shop, to the visit by Angus, to the install, communication was great all along the way. I had received several quotes from other London suppliers and I am so pleased we went with the Firefly team. The choice of stoves in the shop is also great if you want to look at a range of options, from trad to more contemporary.

The best part of our renovations from start to finish - from contacting them and going into the shop, through designing our new fireplaces and installation it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Angus and his team. We’ve had a lot of disappointing experiences with other trades recently, but Firefly is as professional, helpful and also cost effective as you can find! Highly recommended!

I was delighted of the work Angus and his team did. I choosed them after getting several quotes because they were serious and responsive together with keeping their price low. It was a real pleasure to interact with Angus and the whole team throughout the process . They could fit the stove I wanted ( which was a very unusual one) and were creating in their proposal in regard to the hearth (we picked a custom made steel plate which fitted the atmosphere of my flat). On the day of the installation, they had some tough time destroying the previous hearth but they got the job done properly and efficiently
