We receive many requests from charities and fundraisers every week (often more than 1 every day of the week) with requests for free or discounted bouncy castles or inflatables etc. Obviously, if we supported every charity that contacted us asking for a free bouncy castle or inflatable, we would very soon go out of business due to the costs we incur (such as wages, insurance, equipment storage, fuel, annual safety testing, cleaning bills, repairs and much more) so unfortunately it's not economically viable for us to help every charity that contacts us.

Rascals Castles have super slides available to hire as event slides or back garden slides. Our super slides can be used ourtdoors or indoors at your local village hall, church hall or community centre (if there is enough space). We cover all areas of South Hampshire including Southampton, Eastleigh, Winchester, New Forest, Fareham, Portsmouth and Hampshire.
Special offers MUST be mentioned at time of booking to enable us to apply the discount to your booking. Hire any of our Toddler Bouncy Castles for only 40, when you hire any other Bouncy Castle from Rascals Castles on the same day! I would not recommend this company at all. Booked them for my daughter's party in the summer. The night before the party (9pm) I was sent a text to say they were cancelling it due to winds predicted for the next day.
I managed to find an indoor local hall, and begged them to reconsider in a text message, as they wouldn't answer any of the 6 phone calls I made to them. We were left completely in the lurch! It was very unprofessional.
We had paid up front in good faith, we received a phone call 2 weeks later offering our money back after numerous emails!
Thank goodness for Gang Warily, who saved

100% recommend Rascals Castles, they managed to sort me out last minute with a bouncy castle and slide after being let down the night before my daughters birthday party! On time, great price, very clean and set up and taken away. Excellent services will defiantly be recommending to friends and using again. Thankyou again so much. Life savers.

We called them very last minute as we got are deposit taken off another company and told the castle would arrive at 12.30 on my sons birthday. They wouldn't answer the phone and never did show up, these lads soon came to the rescue and within 30 minutes they was there inflating are castle I cannot thank them enough they made my sons birthday special. Thanks again bud. If I could give more stars I certainly would.

Best Bouncy Castles in Southampton for sure. Speed of service and delivery was amazing. Everything on the day explained in detail from friendly staff. Cost of hire was also the best when comparing against others but for the service given simply has made me a customer for life. I will recommend them to all family and friends. Nice and friendly family run business which is local to Southampton as well!!

Excellent service from this company. The whole process from booking a bouncy castle through to delivery and subsequent collection was seamless. Quality of the castle was perfect and exactly as the preview photo's had shown. The castle was delivered and setup in plenty of time for our children's party and instructions for use were explained in a very clear and friendly fashion. Both guys could not have been more helpful, and we felt that we had had brilliant service and value for money. Could not recommend this company highly enough!
