We hired the disco dome for our sons 5th birthday. Had originally hired for our garden, however the weather was awful… Richard at the bounce department was so good at keeping us informed about our booking, and when we had to move the venue to a hall (only the day before the party!) he was so flexible and accommodating. Fantastic communication.
Will definitely use the bounce department again. Helpful staff, good value and the castle itself was such good fun. My 5 year old and his friends had a fantastic time.

Highly recommend these guys. We used them for a party and everything from start to finish was dealt with to a very high standard. Set up and pick up was quick and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We will be looking for any excuse to throw a party now! Our son was so excited when he woke up to see a massive Mickey Mouse castle in his back garden!

INCREDIBLE COMPANY, PHENOMENAL STAFF AND BRILLIANT PRODUCTS!!
We rented an inflatable slide from The Bounce Department for my son’s birthday. From my initial contact with Richard from the Bounce Department I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism.
From delivery of the slide to collection the team was wonderful and the slide itself was absolutely incredible! We had the best time and the slide made the day. This is an amazing company and we are so grateful to them for making our sons birthday that little bit more special. Thank you!!!
