Paid for next day delivery for a wedding present which did not arrive. Followed up 2weeks later and did receive an apology and another promise of next day delivery which still failed to arrive but too late for the wedding. They have refunded the cost of the item but not the cost of having to return it and are now ignoring my emails. Avoid this company.

Extremely disappointed, purchased never turned up e-mailed and in response was told item was on it way to several days later still no parcel , e-mailed ago to be told item wasn't coming as it was broken , several emails later again and still waiting for Leah to get back to me regarding confirmation on my refund, this as been going on for over a month now very disappointed in the service.
