Didn't like the attitude of the young man who served me. I ordered online and went to collect only for them not to have seen the order, it wasn't even ready and they didn't have one of the balloons so he tried to give me a different one and I gave him my honest opinion that I don't like that so he flipped and said well you may not like it but other ppl may do. I didnt ask him to give me a reply like that and so I asked for the same one in the bigger size even willing to pay the extra he was a bit moody and rude to be fair but didn't charge me for the difference in the bigger size. 2/3 weeks later

Can’t recommend magic balloons enough - we gave them arguably next to no notice to sort out a balloon arch and bunches for a party in Manchester City Centre. They sorted it all out for us, including delivery and setup. No hassle at all, and the balloons looked amazing - seemingly more bright than balloons we’ve used from elsewhere. Will definitely be returning for future parties.

Odered these balloons thinking they would be really special considering the price. The balloons were £25 cost of delivery around the same as the balloons. So imagine my horror when i bought my dad some more from card factory ( The same type of balloons) for around £20 all in. Magic balloons you need to rethink your stupid ,over priced delivery costs! Very expensive silly mistake made by me.

Ordered 80 balloons for our relative! They were delivered and we were later called by the delivery person to notify us that they left the balloons outside due to knocking and nobody answering. When the relative went outside the balloons had gone, so we called (rather upset and angry) Magic Balloons back and explained that they had gone missing. They stated they would re-do them and send out another bunch that day at no extra charge. It turned out that that a very helpful neighbour (#rolleyesandsigh) decided to take them into their home to keep them safe....bless them! At which point we called back

FRAUD” 😡
I order to buy only 1 balloon yesterday
The guy on the phone took my card details security code and postcode and said they are really busy and i can only collect it from the shop as i was in hurry i gave the details and later in the evening someone called me saying they were from my bank and asked all the security questions and was trying to do fraud transactions using my details.
Please never ever give your card details over the phone and do not trust them not at all professional big scam and fraud.
Very bad and poor customer service
