We have been established as a specialist automotive recruitment agency, confidential executive search and consultancy business since 2001. Since we set up, we've seen how the consultancy sector has grown and the recruitment sector has changed from being sometimes client to sometimes candidate driven, the phenomenal growth of social media and SMS being standard form of communication.
We are a specialist agency business focused on search, consultancy and recruitment with strong credentials across financial services, technology, automotive, logistics, B2B and supply chain. Recent and extensive engagements in the Irish market have taken us to the point where we are delighted to announce that we have opened a Dublin based - and solely Ireland focussed, division of Callidus Consulting.
Primarily we do this by asking key questions that will get us to the heart of your automotive recruitment needs. The more we know about what success in the role looks like, and how it is measured, and the more we know about culture and what will be a good personal fit for the recruiting manager, the more focused we can be on getting it right for all concerned.
At Callidus we have spent many years creating and maintaining relationships with high-performing executives, seeing their careers grow over time on the back of consistent, above plan delivery. Many are not generally on the job market and have come to us to have confidential dialogue about their career development and gain access to the 'right move' for them.

Called at 9 am to get through to a lady not only whispering but sounded half asleep wanted to apply for a job I had seen online. The Lady I spoke to which who knows what her name was just said sorry that one has gone this is after she asked for the job code etc. (There was only 1 of this job description advertised) but nevertheless I will find the job and code for you along with coming to you myself considering your phone number on the website is poorly advertised . I then got told to register online maybe another one will come up. Wow is all I have to say....this is why no one can be quite frankly

Ellie was excellent throughout the recruitment process she explained the role clearly always set realistic expectations and was efficient throughout. She also managed to secure a higher salary for me than the job was advertised for! Overall was massively impressed with both Ellie and Callidus would definitely recommend them to any aspiring job seekers out there.

Callidus have been excellent. Caroline was supportive right from the start of my application, through to helping me prepare for my second interview. Caroline was brilliant at keeping me informed every step of the way either by e-mail or phone - a rare occurrence with agencies!
I have had contact with a few other agencies that call themselves 'Automotive specialist's, but after an initial screening you never hear anymore, Callidus were never like this.
Callidus have been excellent with me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people.

Callidus have being fantastic! I contacted Ellie regarding a role and we had a discussion regarding my experience, and Ellie suggested that there was a better role that I should apply for as it was a better fit for me. We meet for over an hour and a half to discuss the role in detail, and also my experience, knowledge and skills. After 2 interviews I was offered and accepted a manager role with a growing and respected global company.
