I took the wrong train from London had no options but Mad the boss was so lovely he went out of his way to pick me up in 20 minutes or so even though he could have had another driver pick me up in an hour time.I really appreciated him making an exception as it was late after midnight.Great guy with lovely conversation and helpful.If I were to be in area he would be my go to guy.

They are one of the best & professional private hire company in Essex I used one time from southend airport to west London.they came on time to pick up also driver keep informed about the traffic.if I can I will give them 10 stars unfortunately I couldn't so I gave them 5 stars.i can't remember the driver name🙄🙄thanks VIP CARS🙏

I was provided with such a fantastic service for my return trip to Stansted from Southend. I was kept well informed of times, the car was immaculate, the driver was polite and cheerful and the price of the trip was extremely reasonable. Can't fault anything about them, extremely professional company who do their job very well!
