The worst taxi service I have ever known. Waited 2 hours for a cab called the office to ask how long and was told by the rude arrogant woman that it was going to be 5 mins although it took another 40 minutes. She then had the cheek to put the phone down on me , made me an hour late to work!!!!

I have used these on a number of occasions, but they are let down by poor office staff.
The drivers are usually lovely, friendly and professional.
The booking staff however seem to pick random times for cars arriving, are rude, and often tell downright lies.
Moving to a different taxi firm unfortunately.

Absolutely shocking service! Needed a taxi to get me to the station for an important meeting. The driver didn’t turn up went to the wrong location and then didn’t have any idea of local area or where to go. The staff in the office are extremely rude and argumentative. I cannot believe they are still in business. You and better off walking that using this cab firm.

Warning, do not use this cab company, they are openly discriminating against people with disabilities.
I'm absolutely disgusted after they sent a cab to pick my Mrs and 2 young children up and , then refused to let her get in the cab telling her she needs to wear a mask even though she's exempt and masks are no longer mandatory, driver was incredibly rude to her bordering on abusive, he left my kids and Mrs stranded and very upset causing them a great deal of distress, please avoid mayflower cabs at all costs.
