Our Academy has been serving the dancers of Standish since 1980, a family business with both my daughters now taking an increasing role in the Academy. We have expanded and grown over the years but still keep the friendly atmosphere; we are now in our own custom built studio suite in the heart of Standish.
We provide teaching in many dance genres for both pleasure and to study for examinations. All our teachers are qualified by either the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) or the Imperial Society of Teaching of Dance (ISTD). Our classes include Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, Limbering (and Zumba but not at our studios).

Services
We like to start young children when they are "dry", and when they have sufficient attention span to allow them to concentrate during a lesson. The early classes are "music and movement" and we work to improve your child's co-ordination and muscle strength. Normally this is at about two and half years, but it can vary from child to child.
We have a large reception, approx 30sqm, which has chairs and tables for parents to wait for their children during lessons. In the summer, there is a covered canopy area outside our studio on the enclosed terraced area. Children will leave Studio 1 directly in to the Reception area, so please have their belongings ready when their lessons end.
