Normally the greatest barrier to starting a new hobby, in particular martial arts, is the fear of the unknown and uncertainty of something new! In our classes we refer to it as 'Fright Night SYNDROME' where possible new members are anxious about starting due to the perception of their first session being singled out, not made welcome and, in a lot of martial arts, like being placed in an army boot camp!

Great family club with the best instructors you could ask for. The instructors make every student feel equal and important no matter what grade they are. Great variety of classes to choose from aswell. Myself and my daughter both train and it has given her more confidence. 10/10 to Master Swift, Mrs Swift, Mr Stanton and all of the assistant instructors.
