We are happy to deliver locally for free and we are also lucky to have 30 minutes free parking outside the shop. Our online orders are click and collect as standard. However you may well be eligible for our free home delivery contact us to find out if your in our area.

Having always had pets, we currently have three dogs; Delylah a grumpy 10 year old rescue bull lurcher, Walter a two year old chocolate labrador and his little brother Eccles who is black and just 8 months and extremely naughty, very hard work but very gorgeous. We understand animals and we understand how they are part of your family and you want to do whats best for them.
Whether an overnight or long awaited holiday of a lifetime you need to make good plans to not only ensure your cats are safe, cared for and completely looked after but also that you have peace of mind to allow you to concentrate on enjoying your time. We offer a service second to none on caring for your furry, purr'y friends while you are away.

This Petshop and Dog Spa is fantastic. We have quite a troubled dog. Nothing is ever too much trouble. He returns looking great and is calm and happy within himself. This is no easy feat!
The Spa always listens carefully to our requests, and does as we wish.
Not all customers are clear in their wishes. This shop gives excellent customer service, but can’t read minds!

Appalling place - avoid at all costs! I had seen good reviews and spoke to them explaining that I had a Tibetan Terrier which we liked to keep long but who needed a good trim but on no account were they to cut her too short. My husband has clippers but I did not trust him to do a good cut. Her hair was probably about 8 inches-12 inches long. Yes, of course they could do it they said - and they sounded nice people and said they were ethical using the best products. So I've just collected her and they have scalped her completely - no shape at all - just a number 1 all over maybe 1/2 - 3/4 inches

Dear Woofs a Daisy, (Super Jane, Lovely Lilly and the team) what can a say.....always a delight to come in and see you. Beth and Sam love all of your treats (particularly fond of a pizzle as you know.) Always good advice and wisdom when pet worries rear their heads. Oh and of course fabulous grooming too. Thank you for getting my dogs all spick and span for Mother’s Day visits. I was not dog shamed by eau du fox at Granny’s.

This is a fantastic, well stocked pet shop with very friendly atmosphere. I always enjoy coming here and I do so regularly. Unfortunately, there was only one previous review from 6 years ago (2011) giving this place one star. I think it's rather unfair, especially since it has changed owner in 2014.

Had been quite happy with them for 2 months....
until!...
They raised the price in 1 month by 20% without telling me when I gave them my card details on a repeat order (from £57 to £70!) on my brand of dogfood and gave the only reason for doing this is the RRP on the Origen website had increased. (They did not, however, state that the unit cost price had increased so I would speculate that it hasn't!). I was refused a refund on the unopened bag (the difference from the original price paid) and refused a full refund.
I can & will source the same food from my local Pet Store at the
