I cannot praise the staff enough. I've always experienced friendly staff in the reception. Dr Max Chalkley is an asset to this practice. Thanks for being here for us during these difficult times

It is the worst treatment facility that fails to provide medical care. I’ve had medical problems all week, but they don’t care, and keep repeating that the doctor will contact you today or within 2-3 business days. And so they play every day

Disgraceful practice, treat their patients with complete and utter contempt!! Not only do they seem to not ever answer their phones in a bid to get you to use 'ask my gp' that they seems to push down your throat at any given opportunity, yet when you do use 'ask my gp' its always offline!! This practice needs putting into special measures and the sooner the better! We are people Lindum not just a computer file!!

Poor service. It's really difficult to actually get in touch with anyone. Their Ask My GP online service is often unavailable and they hardly ever pick up the phone. Their opening hours are really odd too and seem to close during the afternoon. I will be switching practices if this continues.

I have been with this surgery for over 40 years and no major complaints.
I have just had minor surgery and stiches taken out in the past week,Dr and both nurse's,were caring, informative, as well as understanding you being nervous.
Also receptionists and the way the surgery is set out for protection etc is very good n I feel confident.
Applause to all.

Used to provide great service. Now very, very disappointing... nearly impossible get an appointment with a doctor.... pushed to go to open surgery in the morning by the receptionist whos only explanation seems to be "its a busy surgery", then pushed to have a phone call from a doctor a minimum of a week later when the open surgery realises they cannot help, before finally getting an appointment with a doctor a minimum of three weeks later when somebody finally realises a telephone call cannot help either.... but it's very clear that they try to avoid making appointments to actually see a doctor

I like this practice and have used it for almost twenty years since moving to Lincoln. I really appreciate the open access and don't mind waiting for a bit to see someone. The receptionists are always helpful and work hard in a busy environment, it's the patients who are much more of a problem. The Nurses are wonderful. I have had the experience of various GP's over the years, Dr Humphry was my favourite before he left, I really think he saved my life. I have never felt any of the Doctors have let me down, didn't listen to me or didn't do their best to help me.

Very poor service. Doctors don't seem interested & not even pleasant. I tried to get an appointment and was told I could get one 4 weeks away! My daughter went to open surgery and got there at 8am and wasn't seen until almost 4 hours later and then was only seen for 2 minutes and given a prescription that isn't even made anymore. Pharmacist said the doctors were told. They just don't care. Nurses great but overall a very substandard practice.

It's just very difficult to get an appointment. Although there is open access, you could be waiting a really long time to be seen!!
Most if the receptionists are extremely helpful, but there is just 2 or 3, who will do everything in their power NOT to help you. I needed an appt with GP, told to go to open access (i struggle in a morning), my husband and I were in the queue, when a woman in front of us wanted an appt. and she was offered 7 different ones in that same week, how does that work, everyone just looked round at each other in despair!!!

Brilliant GP surgery, the GP's go above and beyond to help. There are two receptionist who are happy to help you in any way possible and will always always listen and support you. One receptionist talks over you, tries to cut you off mid sentence and seems to think she knows best. But overall for a very busy and large practice, they are a good team.
