Moore Large is one of the UK's largest suppliers and distributors of bicycles, bicycle accessories, and motorcycles. We are proud to be a UK owned family business with a small company ethos and big company ambitions. The Moore family have been selling bicycles since 1947 when John Moore opened his first bike shop in Rickmansworth.

Our ambition has always been to supply bicycles across all spectrums - including family and sport. Today's Moore Large is led by grandson Nigel as MD, Dale Vanderplank, Paul Stewart, Adam Biggs, and Adam Garner as directors. We're are also lucky enough to have a further 90 staff who all share a passion for cycling and a determination to put the customer first.

Once again had to call on the services of Moore Large for an exhaust pipe for my sons bike as no dealers stocked them.
Once again fantastic service from all concerned, got the part within 24 hours of ordering it and now just needs putting on the bike.
Would recommend to anyone and rather than use a dealer in future will go straight to Moore Large. 5 star service thank you.

JOKE OF A COMPANY DO NOT USE! Doesnt even deserve 1 star, they have lied constantly about the state of a warranty claim to my local bike shop for 3 weeks, so i contacted them direct and they blatently lied to me aswell saying it has been approved when iv got proof from Ethirteen(i went one step thurther straight to manufacturer) they havent sent the info across! Do not use atall customer service is 0/10. Also was promised updates via email/call backs but didnt receive ANY atall

One of the worst UK bike suppliers you could possibly use. We have been in business 10 years have never had a bad experience like it.
Orders wrong, sent us a load bikes on the mouth of Christmas that wherent for us and took up so much room in our store. Not even an apology. Took 3 weeks for them to be lifted. Staff are very cheeky, especially the lady on sales. Think it’s Michelle. We Spent hours Getting orders placed which is a hard job when they don’t give you access to the B2b. Every time we called to place an order they also said we had no account. A total if 6 applications where out in

Recently purchased ebike via Costco and the first thing to say is that the build quality is excellent, bought it for my wife and she is absolutely chuffed.
I would echo other sentiments that the build instructions included whilst in perfect English were sadly lacking. At times I thought they were for a different bike with every other sentence missing.
So I guess it all depends how competent you are and whether you've got a full set of allen keys rather than the one eluded too and not included in the box?
The rear inner tube would not 'take air' so it was 'in at the deep end' resolving the best

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Recently purchased 23 bikes of various sizes for my place of work and have found that dealing with Moore Large has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Terrible Company! Took them more than a week to activate my account, had to send an order 3 times before they acknowledged it, then they had nothing in stock of what I needed. Their items are poor quality, and do not sell, they will then back you into a corner and attempt to shut you down after crippling your business.

I purchased an E-bike from Costco this weekend which is supplied by Moore large and had their phone number on in case of problems. The bike needed assembling but there were no instructions in the box so I phoned the customer service number and asked the question to which they replied “ We don’t put instructions in the box so take it to a shop and get them to sort it”. This was a present for my son today and the parts were all over the place so I asked if there was anything that might help and they said they would send out a generic assembly instruction by e-mail and any complaints should

I recently bought a frameset from Moore Large and found the quality and customer service to be exceptional. I see a lot of 1 star reviews stating 'bike came without pedals,' but the majority of new bikes don't and I'm sure this would be stated in the product description! I can't fault my experience and with be returning again for sure.
