I purchased the doctors kit for my grandson in November. The product arrived promptly and all the parts were of a good standard except for the stethoscope which is not fit for purpose. It is loosely assembled and cannot be played with. Such a shame as this was one of the main reasons I bought the gift. I wrote a very fair review and reported the defects but as yet have not heard anything from this company. Such a disappointment, I wanted to patronise a smaller business as I believed there would be a element of customer service.

I have just purchased and received the Safari Dominoes. They are very nice and what I hoped for. However, having read Bigjig's website which talks about the family business not having lost its roots, and products being designed in Kent, I had assumed the toys were also manufactured in Kent. I was very disappointed to read 'Made in Ningbo China' on the box. I will look for wooden toys made in the UK in future.

Great toys, and excellent customer service. Bigjigs very kindly donated a selection of educational toys to help towards our school fundraising efforts at our summer fair. The toys provided were fantastic, and the communication with the Bigjigs team was excellent, they really go the extra mile to help and support the community.

I am very happy to recommend Bigjigs Toys Ltd and the fantastic, dedicated team who work there! Knowing Bigjigs Toys as a real quality brand, producing exciting, fun and educational toys for children, I was delighted that they were able to assist with a charitable donation towards fundraising efforts for a local charity - Holding On Letting Go (supporting bereaved children). Their kind donation meant we were able to raise additional funds, whilst also allowing their toys to be used as part of the supporting efforts of HOLG. Great toys, great company, great team!

The children really responded to the toys they donated us. Interestingly they play draughts or 'checkers' as they say in USA with the lovely ladybird and bee set-whereas they didn't bother with the traditional draughts set-which looked like it wouldn't be much fun.
There is a quality about wooden hand painted toys that children really respond to-so thank you from St Eanswythes Games Club Folkestone-
P.S It's great to have the outdoor skittle sets too
