We sold our house very quickly through the Oakwood Branch. Clara visited before the open day to discuss how the day would go, managed the open day and helped us sort out the offers. Clara was friendly, professional and her advice was invalualble. Once the sale was agreed Elle took over as our contact. Elle really helped us and took time to answer any questions. She also was very professional and liaised between our buyers and solicitors which was very hepful. Thank you to all at the Oakwood branch for your help and kindness.

My house sale has finally gone through! Thank you for such a great service. The images and video created helped to capture my home perfectly... it never looked to good! There were quite a few ups and downs as always when selling/buying a house but Elle was the consistent point of contact from day 1 all the way through the sale process to completion. She kept in touch with friendly, helpful and clear communication often helping to chase things through with solicitors which I appreciated. We had a great experience selling our house with Preston Baker. From the initial valuation, where the whole process was explained and through to the brilliant photos taken pre launch when Elle took over as our Client service manager.
She was really supportive throughout the whole process, from leading the property launch, keeping us informed all the way, and answering any questions I had. She also made sure she was up to date with the whole chains activities and chased people up when needed. She provided a great service all the way through.

What an incredible service! at first we were unsure of using Preston Baker as their fees were significantly higher than the other agents in the area. We needed to sell quickly so we gave them a chance. From the beginning they were professional, honest and realistic. The photos and video they took were excellent quality. After their open day, we had 8 offers on our house and over 20 viewings. We sold for well above the asking price, and I would say to anyone in Roundhay/Oakwood don't even think of using another estate agent!
